About Us

Blue Lid BBQ is a husband and wife team based out of Appleton, WI, providing Texas-style Barbecue to the Fox Valley and beyond. All slow-smoked and served with house-made sides and sauces. Book Blue Lid now for your 2024 events, or see upcoming appearances below. 

THE FOOD

Specials come and go but some menu items you can always count on. Everything we serve, besides buns, is made in-house. Customized catering menus are available. Menu items may change based on season or availability.
